Here a lot to learn , but as per your work salary is very low. Also internal politics between local people and other. No proper management even not a H.R., finance department work as HR. No proper role and responsibilities. Future growth is almost Nil ,so just learn and learn and then join a good management company.

The culture, rules ,regulations ,descipline, quality, productivity, are too good. Company policies are good and give good salary hike and bonus every year.

... Trainer is not available here who provide to excellent training to employees. Salary or appraisal's is very poor situation but for learning have many more opportunities or functions and parameters.
