Nothing. Worst culture. No support from management in normal conditions so how can we expect that support in crisis.

...ployee issue. High salary deduction , no parity in salary in last 3 to 4 months. No proper formulated salary structure as per government criteria. , Advance salary of 50% of per month gross salary then u will get offer because they very well known how their feedbacks in market.

...ot sutibal it policy. No separate space for making peace ful international call. HR people cut 15 % amount of salary by force and they not give you back after you leave job.

Every thing is not good. For top to bottom. Internal politics, on the name of policy they will give mamy rules . Better to not join such kind of company. Job change ratio is very high in these company.

...tics at its best. Directors keep on shouting in employees and insulting them. PS: only good thing is salary is on time. Though they deducted a big chunk of salaries in covid duration alongwith many layoffs. A company who cannot support its employees only for a month or 2 with their full salaries is not worth parking for full heartedly.

Everything is micro managed. If you get late by 2 seconds, HR will warn you to take disciplinary action against you. Which company holds prayers before starting work, Pavit does. The biggest nonsense is that they want everyone to attend whether or not they are comfortable, otherwise disciplinary action will be taken. Worst company, worst culture. Zero work life balance. Management is shrewd and stupid.

...pany policy is very poor for the employee like full & final settlement will not happened,tour advance not issued,deduction in salary and TA as per their convenient ,Management is not working towards the market situation as well as for employees.

...rity career growth is very poor,product line is good with as quality is concern.Salary growth is not there as well as deduction will happen as per management convenient.
