Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Salary payment and worst VP I ever seen in my automobile experience... Pavan motors getting lost by VP I can handle better than him He don't know what he have to talk and what he have to say in a meeting.. Uneducated VP in Pavan motors..

Very aggressive service oriented

Dislikes

As a whole company is good the management is too good very energetic leadership but the middle management the back up staff involvement in technical matters hampers the growth and effects the business regularities. Suggest to empower service head of full rights to exercise and run the service as a profit center in the present scenario.
