Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

My first worst work experience In this hotel There is no limit in duties and its specially made for kerala staff Because from top to bottom they tries to keep HOD from Kerala . There is no proper job promotion and they will not increase as much They squeeze staff and God mother is General manager she controls all And it's for her family Mr.Naveen HR is great and kind person I ever seen I will not encourage anyone to work in paul hotels and resorts.. Thank you

If you notice, I have graded all the above points as “Excellent”. I have been working with this organisation for the last 16 years and every day has been so exciting for me. I can’t think of even one aspect where I can say that am not very satisfied. It’s been such a wonderful organisation that I have developed so much passion for my work. I miss going to work when it’s a holiday.
