Only that they pay good. Apart from that my worst working experience. Pathetic principal with lot of politics even though it's a new school.

The principal is not a good administrator. She does not know how cbse checking is done. Wastes lot of time of teachers by making them wait outside her office for long without any reason. She does not understand basic problems of her employees. Very weird human being. A self centered lady

The entire school is air-conditioned which makes it easy to work.

Dislikes

No job security, no career growth, salary in peanuts, groupism and politics at its extreme and above all exhausting working hours. I won't suggest anybody to join here as a teacher. Teachers are humiliated for little issues.

Likes

I started the journey along with the school. I spent eight years of great learning. The workshops conducted are so enriching and informative. The work culture is friendly and we have our space to work. The seniors are ready to work and the juniors gel so well. Each member is so helpful that it feels like a small family now. It's fun teaching the students the experiential way. The bond between the parents is strong and appreciated. I am lucky to get the opportunity to work in the institution.

The ex principal was pathetic . There was no work life balance.They don't like people with families and you will always be loaded with work .Too much politics. You surely be regretting after joining . I had a very torturous experience.

Super stressful place. You will regret joining this place for your entire life. The current principal is a dictator. Will ruin your life.
