The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning because I am new in the profile . I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Only that they pay good. Apart from that my worst working experience. Pathetic principal with lot of politics even though it's a new school.

The principal is not a good administrator. She does not know how cbse checking is done. Wastes lot of time of teachers by making them wait outside her office for long without any reason. She does not understand basic problems of her employees. Very weird human being. A self centered lady

The entire school is air-conditioned which makes it easy to work.

No job security, no career growth, salary in peanuts, groupism and politics at its extreme and above all exhausting working hours. I won't suggest anybody to join here as a teacher. Teachers are humiliated for little issues.
