The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning because I am new in the profile . I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The entire school is air-conditioned which makes it easy to work.

No job security, no career growth, salary in peanuts, groupism and politics at its extreme and above all exhausting working hours. I won't suggest anybody to join here as a teacher. Teachers are humiliated for little issues.

When I talk bout learning there is lots of learning as regular workshops are conducted to enhance your skills, but its of no use as growth prospects are very poor. Best part about PGGS is HR manager ,MS Anurupa she tries to maintain the balance of staff with her efforts as she is a good human being, but alone she can't do much, principals behaviour is horrible she is a hypocrite.

Dislikes

No appraisal, no growth only show business, head is self centred & unfortunately patient of insecurity, she is believes in taking revenge if her false ego is hurt, so this place is more like jail & the vibes are very negative, not at all the right place to work. I am very happy to leave this school,atleast I can breath.
