...here at Patra India. Higher management will not even increase 5% hike in a year. They don't declare to employees whether they are going to pay, decrease or increase. Hundreds of processes and clients are there but still unable to recognise and give hike to their employees. I don't recommend anyone to work here even for 6 months. You will be paid 30k when you work experience is 10 years at Patra India. Now you can decide how worse the careers are at Patra India. Except the higher management, nobody will be paid fair so far as per my knowledge. Even for 2-3 years experienced professional earning 30-40k these days. However this MNC will not pay more even if you die for company or sacrifice your whole professional life for them. This conversation would never end of you want me to describe the careers at Patra India.

Safe and Secure for female employees who want to work for a long period of time with minimal expectation of income.

I worked for a long period of time since 2015 as process executive with 7.5k salary per month. I resigned as Senior Lead in 2023 with 27 to 28k salary per month which is not at all fair for an employee who served the company for 8+ years. I had been very loyal, hardworking and completed many tasks within the TAT and SLAs which made my team grow. However, they don't even care for any senior employees and their decisions. They (Higher Management) all just want is to sit and complete whatever they command to do by pressurize. Recently, I heard that one of my colleagues who is still working facing an issue with management they are indirectly conveying her to do a spot resignation though she is having handful of experience in the process which she is handling. To all the existing Patra Higher Level Management, before committing such acts on someone else work, I sincerely request you guys to look upon yourself on what you did in past. Many sat in their current roles by favor or by showing partiality, which is not the current trend. So, please do care of giving respect and worth to the beloved employees. Better read book “The Leader In You” by Dale Carnegie that may help you to grow and how not to behave with employees. I suggest new joiners, in this company as the HR, Management rules have completely changed since Covid 19 effect which are in favor to the company itself. They make us complete tasks by smooth words by getting more benefits from clients. If we reject, then they will show their real characters. If still want to join, join just for 6 months to 1 year for corporate experience. Thank you.

Work is more but paying less, no proper coordination with senior due to work from home job they are busy with their personal work and you have wait for response then after shift they call you and instruct about work
