The Worst work Culture , Team leads are the biggest headache ,they are so rude with the employee ,if someone gets work from home, they made us to work for approximately 11hrs which has to be for 9hrs.If your a fresher then dont even bother to join here,you get numb with your skills and become more dumb .Dont waste time ,instead consider to make some skills .

Patra is an excellent company. No negatives. I felt very bad when I left the company.

I left the company only because of the management. If possible please tell the these people to treat the employees as humans not as their servants Ramesh Dadi, Sukanya, Bala, Narsing, CH.Sathish . They are very head strong people. Specially Ramesh Dadi and Sukanya. SR. Manager, team leads behaves like as they are the boss of the company specially USI Cert Issuance process. They really don't know how to talk to employees. so much of politics. They are so many employees are working in this team with job dissatisfaction. Please conduct a serve about the management team. while conducting the one to one try talk in telugu also. Because some people could not express their problems properly. I hope patra team will definitely consider this feedback for the sack of employees.
