Seniors are very helpful and supportive. Encouragement is given to new ideas and learning techniques. Disciplined but flexible routine. Management is supportive and understand the teachers as well as the students. A lot of learning for teachers.

Growth opportunities are limited. Salary hike is average.

...itution as they will only take advantage of your skills, honesty and dedication. There is no growth in terms of appreciation and salary. A peon's would be earning more than you do. Only thing that works efficiently here is politics, slavery, money mindedness, being ill treated, getting your salary deducted for unexplained reasons and taking advantage of your goodness. One can never progress being in this institution. Smart people should stay away from this college and keep others also away. A very honest review from the institution employee.
