I am working I Pathkind labs this is from the promoters of Mankind pharma ,I like everything in Pathkind lab, I am working here soo comfortable, and Our Owner is also very good, she treated us very well.

I have nothing to dislike in Pathkind lab, just a little working time is more and salary is less.

1.Training Team is Very Good for Gaining Product Knowledge. 2.Salary on Time

1.Work Politics Very High from Seniors. 2.Job Stability is Not at all, will give you package also to some extent & Later You will fire out from Organization saying that this Designation is now no longer required. 3.HR Actually does not exist, Superficially Admin Manager is there who is a Puppet. 4.Sales Team Seniors are Doctors, who don't know Fundamentals of Sales & Don't want to understand Market Dynamics. 5.Seniors are Misleading & Cannot give Space to their Colleagues. 6.Seniors are Narrow minded and Compete with you as feel insecure with a Competent Suboordinate. 7.Work Culture is Not There, Recordings are Made bu People.

Pathkind has flexible work hours. Salary is also good in terms of market. Top management interact with all employees that gives sence of job security. Company culture is good. Every one is included in any celebration

Some employees are targeted sometime. Some of the top management are micromanager. Some of them doesn't fevoritism

Pathkind is a worst place to work. They offer less salary and lots of work load. They treat doctor working there as a slave. Worst place to work, they are cheaters in all the way. There report is sub standard.
