Nothing to Like about...This is the worst company.

* No Management at all. * Salary will be credited atleast one month later. at most they can delay upto 6-7 months. I had experienced. * Very less salary. Impossible to survive in a city * No professionalism at all. HR will never respond to your mail and calls. * Only 8 leaves are allowed in a year. If leaves exceed salary will be deducted. * many more points to count...

During Lockdown it was no work no pay even though our company never & ever pay salary on time they have not paid a salary for me since Dec'19 having 4 month of salary pending. Few others are having 6 month pending due. I have sent mail to company CEO no response so far. I will never recommend anyone to work pls don't spoil your careers in this company they have ruined all employees life worst company ever seen/thought in my life.

Our company have never & ever paid salary ontime as of I am having 4 mont of salary pending few are having 6 month of pending salary I have sent mail to company CEO non response so far and valuable response if we call to top management/HR. I will never recommend anyone to work in this company they has spoiled our life. Please don't join in this company. PF amount will be deducted from salary but company will not credit to our PF account.

nothing is like for this company backend TL and hr is so disgusting they didnt give the sallry to there employes and if any body asking for sallery they terminate them on the spot

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
