...The superiors are well mannered & care to take proper care of the sub-ordinates. Salary is being disbursed right on-time every month. One could easily find respect in the professional field & social for being an employee of Pathfinder since it's a quite renowned Educational Institution since 1992. The seniors & superiors help a lot to get acquainted with the job role. The attrition level is quite low. In one word as an employee I have found a feel-good factor to work with Pathfinder.

Dislikes

There's nothing as such dislikes about any employer that I have ever worked with. Because every job seeker/professional gets to join with a company after knowing the facts & deals. Hence, in that sense, there's nothing as such disliking I own against Pathfinder. Yes, there are few areas that I feel discomfort with but it's the policy of the organization that I knew before I joined. Hence, it depends upon a person how he/she is going to cop-up or bend the situation in favor of themselves.

Homely environment. Talent gets recognised and is given the due support to flourish. Full support from the administration to implement new teaching strategies.

Dislikes

Sometimes the schedule becomes hectic. However nothing significant to dislike.

Ms Priyanka Chatterjee, fired in numerable number of innocent people from pathfinder because she compromised her faminity with the owner himself, Ms Priyanka Chatterjee is a person who emerge herself with a company to attached directly with the CEO or the owner himself to share bed and blackmail them to purchase new apartment and cars.. Ms Priyanka Chatterjee who is most probably now working in a school named jyotirmoy or something like that after eating thousand people's job, How can a owner himself do such a drastic and shameful work witha girl like her having being married surviving with two children No one should take admission in Pathfinder ....current employees be aware of its owner and Ms Priyanka Chatterjee the right swing of the owner is now a assuming herself a fake model having some thousand slum dwelling fans, Sreemany bought her an apartment and a new position, from where she can run her dirty work and join the owner whenever his crave of her need arise ... So shameful

Nothing good to say about the company. No guidance from the upper management when I need any help. Organization do not have any SOP or road map to achieve the target. No training , no job security, no company policy exists.Organization didn't stand beside me during the lockdown period. Seniors were fed up by the upper management decision.

A good employer with a well versed management that have a huge potential to make the workplace an ideal place for its 'worker' to achieve undiscovered peak of success. A good start point for a career minded struggling 'worker'.

Biased management, offensive languages, defaming allegations. There's a huge potential to create a constructive work culture.
