Working in path Infotech is very good for learning and skills development, all team members are very supportive. Manager and team leader are very good and very strong in skills

They provide very less salary as per market standards.

The job security and allow first-time to work from home for everyone. That's why I'm happy to part of the path team.

... deducted the salary from day one of lockdown, also remove all shift allowances. They hiring new candidates and offer a good salary package but not increasing the salary of those peoples whos working with them and support the path during the lockdown also.

Working with Path Infotech can be good only when if you are ready to bear all the humiliations from Manager and HR too. Even after leaving this organisation HR will not help you in any manner. They will not release your Full and Final funds on time. After begging in front of HR,then you might get your dues on time.

Dislikes

Manager and HR are just names. They have been appointed to humiliate only. HR will stop processing your salary and dues if Manager passes his fake comments for any employee. Even for Full and Final dues as per policy they will release within 45 to 90 days. BUT HR will not release until it passes to 120 days.

Transfer policy are worst, transfer without any compensation. Mostly employees deployed at client side. Management playing politics with employees. Worst appraisal policies just like Lalaji ki dukaan. EPF not deposited for few months. Management and HR not responding to employees concern.

1. Offered package, increments and leaving procedure
