It was à wonderful NGO where I really met wonderful staff and I imploved my knowleges with the trainings I attendez.

All was vert well, even though small problèms can miss. But spent à very good moment there

That I got to work in varied projects and could create value in the projects i lead and bring them to successful scale up / transition exceeding expectations!!

The politics and insecurity of the leadership. The force fitting people in roles with skill mismatch !! Strong gender bias of the leadership including HR !! Not visionary as should be mediocrity in approach on ground zero . People are not encounaged to speak up transparency is not valued !!

It was a complete useful experience working at PATH India Ltd. The friendly welcoming staff and the space they have created for the trainee allowed me with full opportunities to learn and know myself as a worker. This experience brought out my strength and also the area i needed to make up.
