It was à wonderful NGO where I really met wonderful staff and I imploved my knowleges with the trainings I attendez.

The politics and insecurity of the leadership. The force fitting people in roles with skill mismatch !! Strong gender bias of the leadership including HR !! Not visionary as should be mediocrity in approach on ground zero . People are not encounaged to speak up transparency is not valued !!

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
