If we want to study more they gave that opportunity to us but it depends on our interest. For that they have a well reputed experienced staff and technology. Site visit is also available for the interested candidate. They won't pull you to do or join any such matters including your work. If you are interested you would take initiative and they would help you for your carer growth. As its main function is designing estimation and costing your salary would depend upon your work.
