Salary and appraisal is very much disappointed and other basic facilities are also not up to the mark.Need lot of improvements regarding to the Employee point of you.

This company is good for salary and increment and bonus purpose and also it provides provident fund . director is very good and polite person and he solves the problems regarding any jobs is very silently.

Dislikes

Internal management persons are not good they always try to highlight other department person mistake rather than solve it with team work. here ,there is not team work for achieve work as well as solve the any department person s mistake.

There are some teammates who have supportive nature. This is the only thing which I like about Patels Airtemp India Ltd.

There was very bad experience in Patels Airtemp India Ltd. There was very bad Politics, No any innovation, There is no ERP system, Salary was not good, There is no any transportation facility. There was no any other enjoyment of life without work.

Since it's a Listed Company, it was a good experience to learn different compliances and the culture was more like a family & less of professional.

Dislikes

Less professional culture and lack of deliberation in responsibilities. Lack in certain employee benefits.

If you want to learn something regarding heat transfer than you cannot find out any company in Gujarat compared to patels airtemp India limited. Many products manufacture company like shell & tube heat exchanger, pressure vessel, air cooled heat exchanger, cooling coils, steam coil air prehetaers, oil coolers, compressor coolers etc. Working environment in company is excellent. All employees work like in own company.
