...at good about during Covid 19 is job security and every thing else was terrible. ( Salary deduction, Leave deduction, Bonus not paid ) . Managers are not allow smart employees to move forward. Managers take credit for the good work and blame to junior employees if it's goes wrong. Major part of knowledge in seniors is only politics. Totally Flattery environment.

Dislikes

Bonus of last 3 years is not paid. Increment is also occurs in every 1.5 years and cutoff date is one year from the date of joining. Salary date is not fixed. Salary increment is depends on your ability to flatter and not on your skills. No professionalism in department.

Only Vadodara is good but company not good. Some good peoples are there but without work they are like fearfull toothless lions.

Dislikes

Hired workplace, Late salary, bad food, Hire and Fire culture, Hypocrisy and favouritism is at Peak, No work culture, No social life, It seems the bubble with burst with financial bank currency because of loan overburden and excess staff without No further project.

...of policy on person to person. 3. Arrogance of Management and fake showoff. 4. Delayed salary payment 5. No job security. On some fine day you can be asked to tender resignation and asked that dont come from tomorrow you are forced relieved.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but careers growth is slow.
