Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

they don't support employee within this covid-19 pandenamic.salary are not fixed in side.they deduct salary many time showing many reason.not a comfortable job

This company is Fraud.They will tell you that your designation will HTML developer but as graduate you have to work on simple lay man job. You dont need HTML knowledge for that.

...nce as this is not web development company. 2)it is not per time job company . 3)salary issue , i have already mentioned even they will not pay you, as i have suffered. If you dont get work experience, decent salary, then why ado you want to join?

Nothing. It's my first job so I was accepted that time. I don't refer to anyone. In google you can find so many bad reviews on this company.

Dislikes

... for the work pressure and culture you have to work more than 12-14 hours a day. Salary is too less for a living in a city Kolkata. The company cut off our 6000 salary (60% of salary) for giving the bonus of Durga Puja, a basic pant and shirt ( worth - Rs. 600/- ). Such a bad experience.
