after my studies, this was the job which was interesting for me working on ships, vessels, sea going trollers, dredgers etc etc.. so the experience was unique and fantastic.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of problems and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is quite low and career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

1) Salary & benefits is very poor. 2) Accommodation is not good. 3) No family accommodation provided by company. 4) You will get only vegetarian meals from mess. 5) Salary credit date is not fixed, it may be 2-3 months delayed.
