Higher managment is not aware of the reality of the market, cant take any decisions, in many states company is run by the decisions taken by the owners of super stockists, All benefits are only given to the managers, retailers, distributors and down line employs are completely unhappy.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Top management is busy only politics, On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Thera is a lot off politics and the management doesn't support you,salary is deduct for no any reason career growth is slow ,on traing no meeting in this company ,no incentive ,if boss decide you are Terminate than you are fair .no grinty when you loss your job.

...ars back not now.They not provided any training .I dont find any career growth .Salary package is good.Then about Politics (only politriks)

i worked some years back from 2016 to 2017 around 16 months only.That time PAL dont have proper supply chain to distributor.There is no any calculation to fix target.They will fix target just blindly.
