There is a lot of politics & the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is vary slow. On the job training is not give to new joiners......

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a hung cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiners.

In this company I never feel any type of pressure as like other companies as a sales person.

Patanjali Ayurveda Pvt Ltd company is not provides a good salary of the employee. In my 7 months experience as a sales representative company is not provide travel allowance that's why now I want to resign from the company.

...distributors. Also your policy ruined some distributors earlier who trusted you. Please give some compensation to them.
