...dn't even give us FnF. My PL encashment also is left but they are not giving me. Salary also got deducted. they said PL encashment won't affect much as it is approx 1200... but If you fired an employee every count of his/her benefits are important to him/her. They gave another chance to us to get hired in their known companies where the other companies didn't even have requirement... They just did the formality of they are placing us somewhere else. They even didn't give me the salary slip of a month when I got appraisal. They said it has so many calculations and refused to give.

Great owners that care about their people. Great work life balance. Excellent people to work with. The company is self funded and in the black. Leadership' push for continuous improvement processes, metrics, bonuses and new benefits is great.

I really appreciated the company's positive culture. The people I worked with were generally friendly and supportive, and there was a great sense of teamwork and collaboration within the company. Additionally, the company placed a strong emphasis on employee well-being, with regular training and professional development opportunities provided. This made me feel like the company truly cared about my growth and development as an employee.

Dislikes

There were also some significant downsides to working at this company. One of the biggest issues was the poor upper management. There were some clear communication issues within the leadership team, which often led to confusion and frustration among the employees. Additionally, the wages at the company were not competitive with other businesses in the industry, which made it difficult for me to feel valued and motivated in my work. Finally, the company did not offer significant raises, which made it difficult for me to see a long-term future at the company.
