...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. appraisals are fair and they give goo salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company overall excellent , culture wise they are very good , Salary Perks in time need not to worry.

Career oriented personnel not advised to join this organisation, Growth is very negligible, competition is very every average , increments r fixed whether you are working excellent or working poor .

When Late Shri Mukesh jain ji alive company is awesome everything you get without asking him. He reads employees face if he feels something bother him he call him in his cabin and know this problem and solve it even he need money he will help him. The office cultural was so good and calm. But after company aqure by vineet jain situation was worst and day by day people leave the company even those who startup the company they left the company. Now company is in a deep whole day by day. This company is only for those who buttering well.

...Employer. He around 1000 of employee in the company bit he new everyone by name. Time to time he will conduct survey about salary structure of other company. If the salary of his employee's are low he will reconstruct/increase the salary structures. After his suspicious death picture will be totally changed. Vineet jain mukesh ji brother son take over the company and all the odd things are starts in the company. He threw out all the honest people's and all the wrong money activities are start. Successful business is downfall day by day. As today only odd money activity is going on smoothly. And "yes sir" employees are there who they are also director in the fake companies. Don't join if you're honest prepared for buttering each day each minutes working with the company and ready to become a director in fake company's.

The company is open toinnovation and adopts technology.I love that fact that I am part of project & maintenance of Acrylic fiber plant. and cast polypropylene plant.

Growth is very slow &work pressure is very high ,man power shortage, by which employees working 12/16 hours . night managers do not value to them .etc
