...ike - 1. no leave on saturdays, even for traders. you just have to punch in. 2. no paid leave, u are absent for any reason, ur salary will be deducted. in a year, they add one more month of salary, im lieu of the salary deducted through out the year. and it is called bonus. now a days, don't know which companies follows this type of practice.

Management is very cooperative, they are very accessible and open for any support required. They invest in state of the art infrastructure, also technology, learning, are very good here. They give liberty to take initiative and make sure that no one hard work goes un noticed.
