Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing they are not developers

Dislikes

...o they don’t have projects. As they are not willing to complete any projects .Also they will not pay ur balance dues once left. As they will not respond to your phone calls further. So it’s my humble request to all if at all u want a change pls don’t join this company at any cost as u will only repend on this .

I dislike everything, CEO and VP are sound making vessels, its busy speaking about their pride, no job security, unsure of your life, No culture, your skills will not be appreciated, they dont pay the well, they dont trust any one, lots of politics and spy inside office, you are treated as slave.
