Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I was lucky that I was the part of Pasco Motors LLP. If anyone wants to start your carrier then this is the best company ever. All seniors are very supportive like a family but you will never meet M.D and CEO of company except this company for carrier is very good. Thanku Kuldeep kashyap

Working tools are professionals its a good thing.

Dislikes

They don’t give you Joining latter and terminate without any information that’s terrible after all they don’t give you your last working salary. If you ask about your reliving documents like NOC , experience latter etc they don’t provide you👏🏻 . After Every diwali and holi they terminate maximum employees for cost cutting 😂😂 .
