...re is good. Staff co-ordination is supportive and targets achieved by team work. Salary and other benefits such as medical, LTC etc. is really awesome. Promotion channel is really so fast compare to other discoms / subsidiaries. Overall good company.

Dislikes

Unnecessary intervene by customer / public for requesting transfer of staff / employee due to not satisfaction to there intended work against norms of the company or as per norms too. Political and senior authority intervene in supporting staff / employee for posting during promotion / punishment / new recruitment / in the interest of the company.

The company gives training during job about related subjects.work environment is very good, job is secured, salary is very good, teammates are coming from different places hence working with different cultures is a opportunity.for material inspection need to travel several places which refresh the mind, job satisfaction is very much,

The work pressure is very high,during monsoon season need to work for more than 16 hours,as a deputy Engineer all phone calls are to be attended by ourselves during odd hours also, target for every government scheme are required to be completed in time, which creates undue pressure due to insufficient man power,

Good company ..but there is no job satisfaction .. threatening is a daily and common issue from ministers ..corrupted system.there is no respect for lady employee

Teammates supports are different in every place you work. management is not transparent. They cant gave a rigth place for job to employees and always keep away from home with no reason. I think managment enjoy from annoying the employees

Politics and corruption are mane issue in company small employees always sad
