Good work environment and culture.Company policies are good, appraisal are fairand they give good salary hike and bonus every year. And the most important thing is the management always supports and encourage dedicated staff members to grow in other fields too.

Everything starting from work culture or lack of it, uncouth I'll behaved Management, absence of a holistic approach and job clarity, discrimination based on caste, foul mouthed Boss, micromanaging, zero learning scope, one who goes to work there certainly will turn into a zombie or fossil as there is no chance of upgradation, the daughter unfortunately is another pain in the wrong place, she knows nothing but keep showing her attitude and high handedness for no apparent reason, the son is still better, the only saving grace! Every employee there is unhappy and whoever write they have learnt a lot and such lies is only because they are the ones who get benefits in many ways which others don't! So my advice to jobseekers would be , rather sit at home but don't gamble with your life, sanity by joining this horrific group! They even make people cry on their last working day, the daughter does by spewing venom!

I have been working here since more than a decade. I have developed my skills under the guidance of management. This organization has quite innovative thoughts and robust system. This place is highly hygiene well maintained.

The working environment at Pasari Group is excellent and you are allowed to work freely and independently. The management is like a family and is easily approachable. I have been working here for last 11 years and have been provided nos. of windows to learn and upgrade myself.
