Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which I cannot resign.

You can not be promoted. Company can hire high hike employee but don't promoted old employee. Internal politics is very bad if your marwari then you servive and get hike in it.

Pasa resources private ltd is good company and the company is supporting us in covid -19.here all the employees are very cooperative give me a lots of knowledge how to work in market how to manage the dealer and customer in the market.and the company culture is too good.all expenses and incentive are paid in timely basis .

this is good company and I had joined here in fresher he is too supporting me manager and team members.and now I am also doing my job here in peaceful away.thanks to pasa resources private ltd.
