No work life balance. Unprofessional behavior by seniors. Even if there is a mistake with logistics or even if it is from them, they will put all the blame on you, they will never go to the truth, they will threaten to fire you from the job from morning to evening or hold the salary. You will be tortured illegally at the level that you will run away yourself.

This is a good organization, where I get the work in building material and construction. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is not decent, growth is slow,and in this there is no on job training criteria due to this sometimes I feel like a pain.
