Worst company ever.. No salary for almost 5 to 6 months .. No safety for female employees.. If there is below 0 mark .. Suitable for parveen travels.. Company policies are terminate the employee without giving pf and Other benefits.. Still we r struggling to get my own earned money one of the worst HR karthikeyan and Shakthi

Management doenst address the female issue (mine) Tortured person is working there but as a female i discontinued.. There is support for non sense people but not al a respect to affected people ....No career growth..

... brain. The management is messed up with each director going different ways. The salary part is the worst. Company is in huge financial stress. Salary for the month is paid in the end of next month. Directors take huge chunk of salary and there is huge parity in pay scale. Travel might be involved. For my work it wasn’t. Politics do exist. Not just with employees, but directors playing politics with employees. This is such unforeseen situation. You might not learn much in this company. Work environment is toxic, you shall be insulted at various stages, put down, finishing your creativity, no new ideas accepted, now new change welcome and they work even in Saturday’s, though alternative Saturday are half day. Unless and until u don’t have anywhere or go and you have been accepted here then join here. Rest is up to the person who reads this.

Working at parveen travels is feeling proud. Its gave more experience in my life.

...ly getting leaves. Loan also same like this we have to beg for our family needs. And salary also we can't get as much as soon. Some peoples (staff) treat us as a driver not a human.

It helps to gain my knowledge especially my working skills It teaches how to survive in any situation at this work I am a part of this company as ticketing agent and management has a client base We work happily in collaboration I like the employee re hire policy here

Some times I get over time in critical situation. I never got any response from higher official when I want any information or help

The company is a very good open innovation and readily adopt latest technologies. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

The work pressure very high. I do receive appreciate email from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal.
