...ees is totally one sided and it is like senior and junior for work distribution. And even Principals can't say anything to such imbalancing of work due to which juniors who are getting very low salary like 15-20K a month are having too much work pressure and seniors who are getting salary like 40-60K are enjoying them selves. Small departments are always suffering as staff of such small departments are 3-5 person and they have to do the same task and portfolios as big department having 25-60 staff are doing. So here you can imagine the work balance!!!
