This company is not registered in India and illegally hiring manpower to provide customer support there is no future in this company and it does not provide any benefit to their employee

Dislikes

This company have no sop they change a rule every day and force their employee to follow the same also they provide some incentive however they cancel or does not provide an incentive when they are unable to update their sheet for incentive so overall very bad experience here and I wasted my 1 year here so never suggest anyone to join this company total wastage of time you are not going to learn anything rather the. Disappointment

No work life balance Only one week off (Monday to Saturday fix timing) Stagnant work No learning and development Managers are rude No weekly or daily meetings related to work This company don't follow policies they change according to their convience Everything is depends on manager no role of HR. No food provided No cab provided (night shift)

The company has just started establishing itself in e-commerce market and they need to learn a lot before things go out of control. Most of our seniors report to founders based in Canada, so there is a clear lack of idea's exchange. They do not offer any kind of medical insurance, provident fund or any other instruments. Whatever is mentioned in the offer letter is directly paid.

Likes

Work from home for all tech postions. Exposure to complex problems of a large e-commerce platform. New technologies. Manager and senior team is very nice and accomodative. Personal time to learn and grow.

Dislikes

Late hours occasionally. Senior team is in Canada.
