I have been working with Partha Dental for past 4 months . I have heard many colleagues complain about the pay packet. Instead of joining that crowd, I quietly enquired on my own, from friends and classmates from all over the place. The feedback I got was a pleasant surprise. Partha Dental not only pays salaries as per prevalent standards, it adds incentives as well. The more work you do, the more you get.

Dislikes

I like working in Partha but only one thing is we have only four weekoff in a month that wouldn't be sufficient .we don't even get leave for festivals that could be considered. Can give atleast 10 to 15 times tea break for doctors bcos we sit inside the clinic for 9 long hours or else you could provide some refreshments or think about giving petty cash .Thank you

...rior information... reason they say can't afford so many doctors in one branch,.can't pay immediately and Cant bear even to complete a doctor s 5 days to complete a month..immediately turnoff with out intimating...if they like any dr,they act keeping them on heads ,for those no rules ,they can wear jeans ,no ehnote uploads self made ,can't even make good sum from good op...still they continue... but who ask if any thing to be corrected from superiors are immediately kept on eye to search for their mistakes...if no mistakes from your side such as time sense,still they are worried and they sketch a plot around you see that you are not given any treatments n op convertions also which you were doing well before managing alone ... With in 3 days they come n make you feel you are good for nothing...though you have made 10 lacs earlier ...wat ever they say if you don't complain you will be continued, other wise management will however plan investing time n doctors over you, plan in detail , within 3 days they will come to decision to make sure you are not paid for that performance which they have planned... politics will be played over sincere employees...how ever hard u work for grievances n turn patients with good reviews ....don't recognise hard work , many politics from administration side,...

Treating doctors unprofessionally , immediately turn off with out notice period...they say to leave immediately can't pay even for 5 days extra... even if dr says just 6 days to complete a month ,they don't want to.... every thing they mention in terms n conditions is different ...and they follow is different...if organization terminates ,they have to pay ...or give atleast notice period....I see rules are different for different doctors... every thing is ok if they wear jeans ,can't even answer properly what clients ask....but if organization don't want to bear they struggle alot investing time and doctors to prove them... they are not fit....so please guys from personal experience telling you to choose from previous drs experience instead of seeing brand... When we complaint to higher officials about one that will be turnedup to some other thing by our heads explaination ,will surprise us for what we have actually complained and what they understood.... simply say drs are fighting as thers no co-ordination....Had any one just imagined professionals fighting... without coordination how can we make our clinic run making 20 lacs ... nothing is going to their minds and even after explaining... simply terminate if any thing said about management... .. ..
