Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

-The design team is helpful. -Colleagues are polite.

Dislikes

-Odd working hours -No Job security -Bad upper management, no transparency. -Glorifying Overworking -No Work Culture as such -No leave policy -No benefits, NOT EVEN HEALTH INSURANCE

They have lunch in office. Colleagues are good, kind and helping. They are the reason I enjoyed my time in Parth.

Dislikes

- Job security is a major issue here. They fired many employees including me in just 5-6 months. - Taking a leave is a big issue here. There is no leave policy. I was said that it is flexible and we can work from home whenever we need. But it’s not true. - Timing is totally disturbed. Office hours used to end after 9pm. In short do not join this company at any cost. It will affect you mentally as it is unstable and you can be fired anytime.
