The people around me are fabulous.managers , colleague and CEO of decimal are too good in behaviour.people are well skilled , u'll learn alot here.

Salary is not good comparatively. And there are no such perks as well. Office is far away from metro station. And only 1 shuttle is available which leaves sharp 9 am from huda metro.so if u r from Delhi or not from gurgaon, u gonna face some difficulty reaching office.

... opportunities. Co-founders are highly supportive and approachable to every one. No pay cut , no job loss even during covid 19.

Since they are mostly dealing with indian clients, sometimes you may be overloaded with work.

Job security is good ,carrier growth is AVG,not so much learning,salary growth is excellent,less politics,but problem with old employees who got settled in company,no work culture.best for freshers and experienced people till 4 years,and good for managers.most of the employee s are attitude people .

Good company for freshers and managers,job satisfaction is not there .job security is more untill you prove your skill.

...interviews and confirmed selection. Call for F2F round and hv wasted 1 more day. That day also confirmed selection and salary. Then kept on delaying offer letter and after 25 days offered 3 L less from the agreed salary.

There is no hidden process management,Best learning in terms of any technology

Salary not credited on time, no appraisal on time, Work pressure. You have to work in many projects and need to take accountability of the projects even though not in the job role.
