This company fraudulently told me that it would give me salary and did not give me even half a month's salary, and PF was deducted from my salary but did not even give me PF. The owner of this company is a cheater, he abuses all the employees.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
