Friendly environment,No training is provided,Here you will face a lot of extra pressure along with the job profile,which is really not decided what ypu have to do or wat to not.Its a third party. So if there will be order continuously then might be chances of growing.Work life balance is terrible because doesn't matter you are manager or supervisor ,you have to work for 12 hrs. Without OT. Managers always demoralizes.You will loose your patience after some time& will search another job.If you have extra guts then best of luck...!!!

Everyone can know about the opration work according to there field. Parsons following all rules exp. FIFO, LIFO, Bin card Lot identification, GMP etc.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
