... with Parsan in 2013. But now I am am confident enough to execute all by myself. Regarding salary, I am satisfied what I am getting. There are never any delay in receiving the salary, bonus, PF , Mediclaim etc. So overall I am pretty well satisfied working here and will continue to do so.

Weird company, owner is completely confused, imposes all decisions on the employees, company doesn't have any mission or vision, nobody knows what's going on, boasts of being an engineering company without any engineers, wanted to sell sanitizers and masks during covid, God knows which engineering company behaves like this, owner must be having a genius brain

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
