certainly, job security in governmental company is one of its major characteristics; also it should be mentioned learning environmental was so attractive by close encountering with different sub-contractors from high to low level degree of experience, expertise, technical knowledge and activity's zone.

Dislikes

I think work-life balance wasn't satisfied (poor transportation facilities) and totally compensations were lower than other companies with same size.
