The company was very good to work upto end of 2022. I had joined in 1995, the work culture and environment was very positive for learning, growth and work life balance.

Dislikes

As far as the owners The so called professional Murugappa group, appointed one of the Top Leader from different industry back ground. Made huge promises for high profitability and high returns to the management. The work ethics were destroyed and mass removal of employees started in the name of restructuring for profit margin higher than 12%. The company was doing good continuously more than 9% profits regularly from 2016, prior to that it was doing 10-11 %. The removal they had done with every employees was harrassed, put false allegations, and listening to wrong person for the feedbacks. The company was doing turn over of at least 8 cr every month, and now sales of 5 crores every month and they are struggling to meet the ends. This is the story where Harvard educated (online courses) man turning the company from a very good company to a loss making company as of now.

Company is well organized with ethical written policies and even provide good work culture, learning, skill development it's all backed by Murugappa group...I as to be go away due to financial crisis otherwise I believe company is not such bad company which can remove people just like..

Dislikes

Division in which I was working entered in to the survival mode... Offcuse in such scenario the goodbook people get support and professional probably listed in downsizing due to personal disliking... Feeling helpless now for the brand for which we worked with heartiest passion to maintain his superiority at market place , today come to the level to fight with cheap manufacturers due to lack of vision and systematic approach.

Go with boss value your job is secured you will cash award and promotion normally promotion once 5 year on average but if boss value match than promotion in once in two year also possible. value .wether group value compromised. I belive this company is next to Govt sector like culture as second income generation for self is high as owner hardly see internal matter as they belive in what report boss present.. By mistake do not report any thing in ombudmen if value is comprised you will surely loss job not immediately but latter stage.I have seen many such cases in my 31 year carrier in same company. Keep sponsaring gift to boss your increment,promotion market visit expense approval are sure. Salute to five light for display purpose.
