Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

They didn't even gave us salary inspite of working for almost daily during lockdown. You will find zero work life balance, infact you gonna feel like you are in jail. Worst working culture

Dislikes

No HR policies, no work life balance, no one would see your hardwork.

For job security one person have all rights to take any decisions so if they not satisfied with u they take decisions, they can't compare ur work punctually dedication for work like etc

Working on the site is bad and good job, the work that is given is not done, it has to be given only after completing the work.

Dislikes

Any work of the company is done, O Aak Naar definitely says what to do, it gets reduced.
