I Have worked for 2.5 years in this company there is no team work especially in finance, std salary incrrements for every year no changes and you cannot expect appraisal from seniors , politics are more work environment is not good as you thought, work life balance is ok.

...we plan and it result in expiry of stock which later hold claims of distributor. Moral of the story is they don't get distributor easily in the market due to bad reputation, under cutting, security deposit, false commitment and unnecessary stock loading to show primary number. When senior jobs are on stake they easily but blame on to there juniors. Politics is at another level. Last thing want to say don't join this organisation of you don't want to make your life hell.

Work life balance is good. Ontime salary Good medical policy Increments are reasonable. Not low or not high. Can consider to work as long as you see growth

Promotions are hard to get Old school process in certain areas People driven instead of process driven Adoption of new technology is slow Need new talents to improve the culture

Unethical pressure ,seniors behaviour is worst for junior employee ,even you didn't get paid according offered ctc ,you can't talk with HR regarding any issue .they will not entertain you
