Compensation is decent, but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high . Sometimes , I have to work 12 hours straight in a day.

Unethical pressure ,seniors behaviour is worst for junior employee ,even you didn't get paid according offered ctc ,you can't talk with HR regarding any issue .they will not entertain you

Salary Package is higher. Perks are better

Old coded stocks issues. This is not a proper FMCG company. Hierarchical Manager are orthodox. Employees are not even Treated as humans. Expenses will get hold for months together if monthly targets not achieved. Even Salary too gets hold. ASM/SO as being used as salesman.
