Hardly any travel for managers. Extremely low salaries as incompetent employees are working for years. Management should hire and retain professionals from other companies to improve the standard of performance.

Unethical pressure ,seniors behaviour is worst for junior employee ,even you didn't get paid according offered ctc ,you can't talk with HR regarding any issue .they will not entertain you

Old coded stocks issues. This is not a proper FMCG company. Hierarchical Manager are orthodox. Employees are not even Treated as humans. Expenses will get hold for months together if monthly targets not achieved. Even Salary too gets hold. ASM/SO as being used as salesman.
