Worst work culture.. They don’t care about your life. Lot of internal politics. Strict timing as ASMs and above are also need to punch their attendance at distributor point. Every Data has to be prepared by ASMs only. No HR in company. No data come from company. All days get wasted in these works only. Never work here

Not a employee oriented company. You will not get freedom of work nor your decision will be considered. Top management is no where. Specially maintenance department is like horse without rider. Worst department and specially department head. No technical discussion will be held. High level of politics. No promotion only you have to work and work thats it. Leg pulling back bitching, gossip town.

It was a nice experience to work with Palre, I have learned lot of things in the market, And also known about consumer behavior, patience, time management, how to deal with customer, how the solve the queries of the customer, communication skills and so on.
