No job secured, Politics in HR, fired any time without reason, During work hiring many person, after that fired all. Specially AGM and VP of HR are work together. VP dont have manner of talk with person. Increment giving in December. HR are physo, they getting happy if you are in trouble.

All the positive review are given by HR team from employee phone force fully to reduce the bad impression of compony, In every review you will listen about HR is good, so you can directly think who are doing that, Ask HR to how much ratio of leaving of job in your compony, no vacancy are getting clossing on time, no one are ready to move with them. Once are I'm saying all positive review are given by HR force full, not getting attract by that.

Specially HR team, Only politics are there, specially AGM of HR think he is the god of compony, and he fired many person directly. Also VP of HR is supporting him. And all plant head are getting afraid of him, and no one speak against him. You can't complaint about the bad thing of compony, other wise you will lost your job, and no pramotion and increament giving on time, Increament giving in the month of December instead of March.

Every thing is poor from top management to work life balance. No power to managers. Whole company driven by arogant HR department who treats employee as a slave.
