Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...think for farmers and for their crops. The grain we eat comes from there itself. The behavior of high officials is also good; according to the work, salary is also available. Those working together also have a good idea, they work together and help.

Parle bio care is a agribusiness company. A joint venture of parle biscuits n parle products. Company has gd product range with globle base. Working environment is gd. I'm happy to be a part of this company.
